I'm Puspita Putri, a Project Manager and PMO professional with 15+ years of cross-industry experience in project delivery, operations, project recovery and business development. I work across budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, stakeholders and executive reporting.
Today I lead an industrial technology programme in mining involving three organisations and more than 60 people. I have rebuilt compromised cost and schedule baselines, re-sequenced delivery around changing field operations and produced final client documentation approved without revision.
My earlier work across large-format events, hospitality, retail and field operations sharpened the same capabilities: staying composed under pressure, coordinating diverse teams and turning complex business information into clear proposals, reports and commercial documentation.
